Hey there! I’m Rachel. I’m a gut health coach, food blogger, content creator and writer.

After healing from a lifetime of binge eating, I began creating autoimmune & gut healing meals to sooth my allergies and autoimmune issues so I could maintain good health without depriving myself. The recipes you’ll find here are seasonal, completely free of sugar (or low in sugar), allergen friendly, paleo & AIP. I’m obsessed with all things herbalism and enjoy using an abundance of edible flowers, plants & weeds in my recipes.
