Welcome to Food by Rachel! On this blog, you’ll find allergen friendly and gut healing recipes intended to help soothe folks with sensitive tummies. Everything I make is dairy free, gluten free and is either sugar free or low in sugar. Many of my recipes are also paleo and some are AIP friendly. I’m obsessed with herbs and edible flowers and as I expand my herbalism practice and knowledge, I love sharing culinary herbal recipes and medicine with you. I’m Ukrainian American and grew up eating a combination of Eastern European foods and Korean food thanks to my family and having a South Korean best friend as a child. You’ll find a number of recipes from Eastern Europe as well as the USSR and Asia. Have a look around and enjoy some yummy foods!
