Welcome to Food by Rachel! My passion is creating gut healing and allergen friendly recipes that are low in sugar and use simple ingredients that won’t overwhelm your body.

My mission is to teach those of us navigating autoimmune conditions, allergies, gut health issues and trauma how to eat and heal with care. Many of my recipes are cooked using gentle, water-based methods to support digestion and reduce inflammatory compounds associated with aging and chronic illness.
