Sesame Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
2lb chicken wings
1tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp avocado oil
Dash of garlic powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp arrowroot flour (or tapioca flour)
TO MAKE:
Preheat your oven to 400F
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Then mix in the sesame oil, avocado oil, garlic powder and salt. Make sure the wings are evenly coated with oil before adding the arrowroot flour.
This will ensure they the flour sticks to the wings. This is what gives them that crispiness. Mix it all together until the arrowroot powder has been evenly distributed among the chicken. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400F
