Cinnamon Spice Donuts

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana
1 c tigernut flour
1/2 c arrowroot flour
1/2 c plantain flour
1-2 tbsp rose petal powder @animamundiherbals
60g collagen (optional)
3/4 c apple cider
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
10g or 1 scoop gelatin
2 tbsp boiling water
1 tbsp room temperature water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

TO MAKE:

Mash the banana in a bowl, then add in the flours, rose petals, collagen powder if using, followed by the ginger, cloves, cinnamon and baking soda. Stir together vigorously and set aside for a minute. Make the gelatin egg in a small dish by combining 2 tbsp of boiling water with 1 tbsp of room temperature water with the gelatin. Add it and the apple cider to your bowl and stir everything together until smooth. Transfer to a coated donut pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes
